Senior to Senior Scholarship
Senior to Senior is a program that matches Senior Citizens at a nearby assisted living facility with Seniors at Naples High School. College Bound seniors were given an opportunity to not only earn a scholarship but also to earn community service hours by conducting a series of interviews of the senior citizen and writing a biography.
The 2010 winners of the program are Andrea Thompson who won the first prize of a $3000 scholarship. Kathleen Burzynski won the second prize, a $2000 scholarship. The winners will be honored at Scholars Night at Naples High.
